Susan Pomerantz, a hit songwriter, music publisher, published author and former journalist, is co-writer of the Regina Belle number one hit, SHOW ME THE WAY, and co-publisher of the number one world-wide hit TOO MUCH, TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE, recorded by Johnny Mathis and Deniece Williams.
Susan’s songs have been recorded by The Commodores, Cher, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Agnetha Faltskog of Abba, Jevetta Steele, Jennifer Rush, Jack Wagner, Siedah Garrett, Klique, Amanda Latona, Scott Baio, among others.
Her music has been featured in television and films, including the Tom Cruise movie All The Right Moves, the films Get Crazy, and Bikini Shop,
and aired on numerous TV shows including General Hospital, Thicke of the Night, The Late Show, Arsenio Hall, Joannie Loves Ciacci and Unsung: Regina Belle.
A published author, Susan is co-writer, with Teri Muench, of the book "Attn: A&R, A Step By Step Guide Into The Music Industry." (Alfred Publishing Co.)
Before committing herself full-time to writing, Susan co-owned Homewood House Music, a publishing company whose recording catalogue includes cuts by Ringo Starr, Freda Payne, Glen Campbell, Deniece Williams and Johnny Mathis.
A graduate of McGill University, Susan attended Carleton’s graduate School Of Journalism, and worked as a reporter for the Montreal Star and the Hollywood Reporter.
She served on the board of NARAS (The National Recording Academy).
